-Arkas. After I crashed my space engineers truck into his when he suddenly hit the brakes. Still my favourite thing someone has said about me, lol. God I love that man and his shenanigans.
God last shift was awful though, my team leaders are off so I'm covering them somewhat. We just had a large spike in new hires and many of our guys being off.. So I got new hires that struggle with the basics, guys that don't give a crap on top of the general problems alongside my job. Luckily it was a slow night but boy. An issue I brought up at the start of the shift turned out to be correct and needed to be reworked hours later, some of the work I straight up rejected due to how badly it was done. That rarely happens, last shift it happened five times. Usually I give them some leeway though, but this work was so easy... There was no excuse for it being done so badly.
At one point I had to cut the music so that they'd focus more on their jobs.
I hate that my supervisor asks me last min if I can cover when I'm working nights. Usually he'll ask in the afternoon, at which point I'll be fast asleep for the rest of the day usually. Otherwise I'd be down for the overtime, I got nothing planned and OT is usually easy.
