This secret garden restaurant can be found nestled in the Bramblewood hills above Finchwick.

I wanted somewhere fancier for dates than the Gnome’s Arms and I'd never created or owned a restaurant in the Sim 4 so here is a small restaurant built in a victorian greenhouse.

Built on 13 Nettle Lane (30x20).

Luxurious Spa retreat in the centre of Sulani. Your sim can enjoy a massage, take a yoga class, soak in a mud bath or sauna and swim in the infinity pool, then if they need to relax further they can sit in the cafe or sunbathe on one of the private islands.

Must be placed on Sapphire Shores in Sulani, due to the pool it won’t work on any other lot! 💚

Broardstream fits on Creek Corner Cove in StrangerVille.

Set your Sim up in this tiny caravan while they investigate the strange and mysterious happenings around the town. The raised garden beds can be used to cultivate some vegetables, or maybe some of these strange fruits your Sim has found around town.

The caravan is the right size to be a micro home if you have Tiny Living and want an easier experience and if you want it to be harder you can turn on the Off The Grid lot trait!

Ravasheen's Counter-Fit Mini Fridges

Created for Moonfi’s Globetrotter Challenge. I had so much fun playing through this challenge I thought I’d share the lots I created as I played! Here is Green Isle in Sulani.

Spend some time on the peaceful Green Isle, set up your camp on the jetty and enjoy the sounds of the sea as you sleep! Enjoy the sand and surf and rest in the shade of the trees that give the isle its name. I found the Jetty was the perfect size for my tent and camp kitchen and there is a hide-away outbuilding set among the jungle for your bathroom setup.

Created for Moonfi’s Globetrotter Challenge. Here is the final lot I built for the challenge and one of my favourites! My Sim lived here for both rounds 7 and 8, because it’s such an adorable cottage. This tiny home is perfect for a budding spellcaster or newly turned vampire and the beautiful greenhouse lets your Sim garden in every season.

Loamhedge features a platform bedroom above the bathroom, a combo fireplace/stove to keep the cottage warm through the winter months and a atelier perfect for brewing up potions.

Loamhedge fits on Glimmerbrook Watch, Glimmerbrook or Widowshild Townhome, Forgotten Hollow.

Loamhedge is a Tiny home if you have Tiny Living Stuff, and if you’re playing a vampire you might want to turn the Registered Vampire Lair lot trait from Widowshild Townhome back on.

Created for Moonfi’s Globetrotter Challenge. If you’re looking for a Challenge that will take your Sim through a bunch of packs doing things you might have missed out on in other play throughs, this is the challenge for you! I made these lots as I played, I hope other Simmers enjoy them. Here is Rockwood.

Well your Sim might have been promised a sustainable eco container home with a detached workshop, but they probably didn’t expect it to be in the centre of the polluted shipping district of Evergreen Harbour, or have a storm drain running through the property. 😒 I played this as though my Sim developed the property so as Port Promise’s eco footprint got greener so did this lot, the storm drain was rewilded, the concrete was broken up and both grass and hardscaping created a more welcoming environment.

Rockwood fits on The Shipping Views in Port Promise, Evergreen Harbour.

Rockwood is a micro tiny home if you have Tiny Living Stuff and has both Off the Grid and Reduce and Recycle turned on to balance out those bonuses. (Keep them all, turn them off, play however you like 💚)
