Narrator: I bet that if Gian showed up in a green shirt tomorrow Izzy’s new favorite color would be green. Ah bless.

Narrator: Sounds like the plan for this visit is also intended to be relatively low key. I suppose we’ll see if tomorrow is as low key as Dreama plans or not, but for now it’s dinner time.

Narrator: I doubt very much Gian is the type to refuse an activity when prompted by a toddler. And from Carlo’s quiet aside, I would guess that Donna talked Gian up to him. Donna is exactly the kind of person you want in this situation. Someone who’s seen everything up until now, and who is still fully on board with you. 

Family Visits: Dreama, Day 2

Narrator: WELL. Cosmo has certainly made quite the entrance. No nonsense immediately interrogating Gian. However, Donna is truly the MVP of trying to make this visit go smoothly. Jumping right in to diffuse as best she can. Sister-in-law of the year, truly.

Family Visits: Dreama, Day 2

Narrator: It looks like Cosmo’s jabs have only put a damper on Dreama’s day. She been a little quiet and aloof ever since. I’m guessing since Gian was pre-warned that Cosmo wasn’t a fan, he opted not to take the comments to seriously. Probably for the best. And besides, why let that ruin a nice day in the pool?

Family Visits: Dreama, Day 1

Narrator: While Izzy gets her dinner, Carlo takes the time to interrogate Gian just enough. Donna was eavesdropping the entire time and as soon as the vibe dipped she called Carlo into the kitchen. She is truly looking out for her sister-in-law. I’d be interested to know after this week, which visit Gian felt the most relaxed in. Hmmm.

Narrator: So far so good on meeting Dreama’s family. But as Donna says, those two are the most on board. Not that hard to impress people who already want to like you. One of the brothers is indeed on their way in so we shall see if the good luck continues.
