What do you expect of me?

I was on the way to my work at around 8 am when someone suspicious rode in the jeep that I was in when he seated right next to me. The mood was normal not until I felt disrespected when he kept on thronging his way to me to give space for other passengers - it was too much. It was too suspicious and I felt disgusted and violated in that simple gesture and I wasn’t wrong. He was something. While he kept doing his thing, he keeps on looking at me and my things where I am holding a phone and my laptop is inside my bag. I got the hunched when he did that once. But when he kept on doing the staring thingy (not to tell you that it was so gross, he keeps on looking at my chest), he was acting a little tense as if he was preparing for to do something illegal. I was praying hard as I feel the tension in my body and the wild thumping of my heart, I loudly thought and prayed “Please, keep me safe. Please keep me safe.” I was looking outside to look for  a crowded area so that I can finally get off the jeep to save my life but every time I do, he keeps on looking into my things and my chest. We were almost one inch away from each other and the only thing I feel that moment was fear engulfing my system. I couldn’t wait any longer, I went down with a little hesitation but with faith that I’ll be safe. My body shivered as I walk down the street that I am not familiar of. Informed my other half and my friends what just happened and I end up riding a tricycle to go to work. Wow, 2018! Is that how you welcome me??????
