I did it. I completed my first half marathon today with @whatdoyouknowjo What an amazing feeling to set out to achieve a goal and surpass it. I feel confident in my ability to finish my IRONMAN 70.3 on Dec 8. I appreciate the support of my family and friends. My goal was to finish the run without having to walk. I did that at a decent pace. I feel amazing. This memory will last long after the sore legs recover.
