Literally the song is like beautiful in such a nostalgic, bittersweet way and the fact that it's basically IU's ode to dear friends that she's lost (I don't know how to be more specific about that respectfully so I'll just keep it at that). The way that Suga produced it to capture that sweet, innocent feeling with a subtle touch of sorrow and nostalgia to it, and got it with his rap too, and the way that IU put that same vibe into her voice and in the lyrics.
