HOW I DEAL / MANAGE STRESS :
1. I WRITE IT DOWN. I owned a “JOURNAL”, (NOTE: there’s a big difference between a journal and a diary), and in my journal i write down what keeps me from being stress, KILIG, and all problems that I’ve encountered. But most of it is consist of all the things that’s stressing me out and foul languages. And I also put the date of all the events, just because.
2. I WELCOME HUMOR. A good belly laugh won’t do us any harm, right? So i just laugh it off and I let myself be surrounded with crazy people for a good laugh. Stay Crazy, Stay Crazy. GV always
3. TALK TO SOMEONE. I tell my friends and family, mostly my friends “ang mga baboy”, that I feel overwhelmed , and let them know how they can help me. I sometimes ask for some advice.
4. BE ACTIVE. I keep myself busy, because sometimes distraction helps the stress to....babyee Stress. Stress no more.
5. I DO SOMETHING THAT I ENJOY. I eat and eat and eat and eat and eat and eat. Every time I get stress, a mouth watering food is the best solution for me and also the main reason for my sexiness. And I also do stuff like dancing, I listen to Beyonce and everything goes blank.
COUNT TO 10 SLOWLY. The common thing that I usually do. When I can’t really do all the things above or when I’m in public spaces and I can’t take the stress anymore,  I just count one-to-ten or ten-to-one. The best thing to lessen stress or anger but I don’t know if it works to you.
