I have seen the picture and you might be right anon. But pictures capture a moment in time. We don't know the context of that particular time the picture you are referencing to was taken. I say that to say, it could have been while shooting, or while they are waiting for the scenes or even when they just got to the set prior to filming anything.
The picture tells us nothing so why focus on it. When can fantasize about all the possibilities of Ms.Smoak and Mr. Queen playing back up bride and groom, you feel me! ;)

I have this idea about starting an Olicity thing with the fandom but also with the writers of the fandom. It's inspired by A. R. Gurney's play Love Letters where this two people wrote love letter and notes to each other. So fans will write Dear Oliver & Dear Felicity letter post 3.09 through the hiatus and eps 10-12. Not like fan fics these have to be true to the character and it could be about memories, their dreams, things they felt and want to express...what ever (1st part)
This sounds like a lovely idea, @itsulim. I'm sure there will be plenty of Olicity fans who'd love to be involved in this project. Like a mega meta.
