🎉 Yesterday and today were unexpected successes! I walked 20k steps yesterday and went to the gym. My workout was shorter than expected because I got dizzy, but before that, BENCH PRESS. My goal was to lift 30kg by the end of MARCH. But yesterday all the lower weights were taken, and I couldn't do 27 or 28kg, so I tried 30kg for my last set, and I was able to do it! I had to rest in between most reps because I didn't have a spotter, but I was still able to do it!!! 😍 And two girls watching me applauded after I finished my 130kg leg press. 😅 Today I ran 3.2 km / 2mi in under 20 minutes, which is definitely an improvement, and a total of 20 min straight running, no breaks.
