Life is a lot.

My favorite Subject is the end of the day, where i don’t have to attend any of this non sensory & actually go do something useful like work, currently I am working as an odd job man, most of the work i get these days is mainly demolition or construction. I get paid 8 pounds an hour, which is quite cheap and low but puts a few extra pounds in my pocket as well as teaching me new skills and knowledge, unlike this college were i paid a fortune to learn nothing but to regurgitate what I’m told, and to think that actually helps my future and to consider myself lucky.

I feel satisfied with my work cause for the first time in my 3 year attempt to get into uni, i have ignored that fact that i will learn nothing out of this experience, and gain only a paper that certifies me to be paid more than other people without this paper. I am satisfied because despite all my hatred for the education system of today, on top of that the insult it brings to learning as a philosophy and the hatred in bestows upon me. Despite all this i am determined to plough through it all to end it once and for all then get on with my life, and chase my dreams as every human should.

I have overcome my difficulties through pure will power and determination for better days ahead, i have been helped by my girlfriend Liz Carter who has been lovely company in my life in general, teaching me to take life slowly and to enjoy the simpler, smaller things in life, the important things. Educationally Louis Pike has been a nice influence, a cheerful spirit, and a motivational person to keep me going. Throughout the days i have always enjoyed the pleasant smiles, waves, and good morning from Anita the attendance Officer who made me think that maybe some people in this college are alright after all.

At the end, I am quite proud to say that this year i have pulled myself out of extraordinary circumstances, battling Depression, Bi Polarity, Educational failure, and letting down the expectations of what i could have done with my life but no more, I live to seize the day, to make most out of every moment and every friend. To have a laugh, make memories and enjoy life.
