Okay so we're going out for food and bowling with my class tonight but they planned it quite late. My bg's always go either way too high or too low if I eat too late so I made a plan. I have to work until 6 and there is this amazing pasta place right next to work so I'm having a small portion of pasta at 5 and then when we go to the all-you-can-eat restaurant at 8 I just have some salad with steak or something and maybe treat myself with something from the dessert section. Sounds like a plan right? 😉 Otherwise I"ll inhale the whole buffet if I have to wait until 8 p.m. 🤔
