Amen! #howiwasraised I know that whenever the negative self talk starts, its up to US and us alone to change it. ⠀ ⠀ Self love is a foreign language to most of us. We have been speaking “self hate” fluently for years, and most of the people around us are speaking it too, it’s normal but it doesn’t have to be this way. ⠀ ⠀ When you realize that hating yourself doesn't make life better and you want to learn how to live in self love— you have to practice, be forgiving and be patient. Every single day. Just like everything else, if we don't use it, we LOSE it. #itisapractice⠀ ⠀ So let’s focus on practicing “self love” together, a new way of speaking to ourselves.
