Ocean pollution sucks! In fact, 71% of seabirds and 30% of turtles have been found with plastics in their stomachs, much of it from single-use straws. Collect used straws until the end of the Hunt and on the final day, build the largest actual-sized sea animal sculpture you can out of what you’ve collected. You may NOT purchase straws to use for this- they MUST be recycled. (Please handle with gloves and wash/sterilize them well.)
