#item requests

i know i’ve got a bit of a backlog for requests. i havent updated my game to welcome amiibo yet and im scared of breaking my save if i muck around with anything in the save editor, particularly because i want to be able to offer items (and maybe villagers) that have become available with welcome amiibo.

there are 10 spaces per round (more than that it gets confusing - 5 ppl for items / 5 ppl for garden

up to 10 items per person (again, confusing + space) (15 items if you only want landscaping/gardening things)

can be anything - clothes, accessories, furniture, tools, idk throwing beans

Hola peeps! So I’ve been doing requests for a month or two and I’ve noticed some trends that I’d like to fix. These are going to be tested for a week or two and if they don’t help that much I’ll see what else I can do.

ALL VILLAGERS ARE NOW REQUEST-ABLE! That’s the good news. The bad news is this: Villagers that are not on my “Powersaved Villagers” List require a little more work to get. That means you can request absolutely any villager BUT requests for villagers that are not on the list will have to wait until the weekend to get filled. Hopefully it’s helpful enough to peeps despite the wait. 

There will only be a certain number of requests done per day. I try to message people at 7-8-ish to get a feel for the number of people available. Sometimes it’s one and sometimes it’s 6. With larger numbers, some people just log off and don’t answer meaning that I spend 15 minutes loading a file and then another 10 waiting for nothing. What I want to try with a fixed number of requests is allot times to the requests (i.e. 20 minutes per request). That way I can give people an approximate time to expect a message from me. I’ll start off with a request queue of 4. This might increase if things start moving more smoothly. 

Time zones! I feel really bad that people from other time zones like Australia, Europe, and others aren’t able to get a request filled as quickly as I’d wish I could. Unfortunately, because my work schedule is a little more strict during weekdays, I’ll probably have to move them to being completed on the weekend. 

Item requests limits will be increased from 15 to 25!
