You're going to mess up. You're going to say things you don't mean. You're going to get involved when you shouldn't. You're going to. But that doesn't define the person you are.
It will never define you

I hate it when certain people who don't identify as straight say "your sexuality isn't what defines you" but then LITERALLY INTRODUCE THEMSELVES AS THEIR SEXUALITY LIKE YEAH K BE PROUD BUT IF IT'S NOT WHAT DEFINES YOU STOP DEFINING YOURSELF BY IT
I find it painfully ironic that a lot of cis-sexism and gender prejudice is found so much in the LGBTQ community. You'd think that there would be less biased culture but it's actually the opposite and that's shitty. Like every single LGBTQ person has struggled and has a story, someone who likes both sexes isn't less gay than someone who just likes one, and someone who is gender fluid is not any less of a victim to cisgender culture or scrutiny as someone who is trans or someone who fits the gender binary. I think some LGBTQ people are smug and have some sense of superiority in the community solely because they think they fit the bill more than others but people seem to forget the Q part and entitle themselves to judge others as if their story is less legitimate.
