Today's workout had me like... Well, I'm not going to sugar coat it, today's workout was brutal. I'm still not sure if it was the workout itself, my mentality, how sore I was, or some kind of combination of all of them. But, I reminded myself that there will always be days that are hard and that I can hold my head high and say that I have not missed a single day of this program, and that despite days like this where everything is getting harder I am getting 🎶🎵better, faster, stronger.🎶🎵😂 Going into day 19 tomorrow and not looking back. Just under half way done! Did you know that 80% of people give up on their goals? Or that if you have accountability your likelihood of completing your goal goes up by 90%? When I saw this sign yesterday I just had to stop. 🛑 The last thing I would want to do right now is stop real life.
