“You’re gonna mess up your back sitting like that all day,” you said when you entered the bike shop and found your boyfriend curled up on the floor in front of a motorbike. His legs were crossed, but his back was awkwardly folded over himself to get under it.

Inui strained his neck to try to look at you over his shoulder without breaking his poor posture, lest he have to realign his spine before finishing the job.

“Don’t know what you mean.”

You snorted a small laugh and crouched down behind him, sneaking your hands around his waist and pulling him back against you. He groaned, bones cracking as he let you abduct him until he just flopped back on top of you.

“There we go!” you giggled from under him, running a hand through the front of his hair as his head rested on your chest. “I would like to borrow you for lunch.”

Inui made a big show of turning around, doing everything not to put too much weight on you until he found the perfect spot to plot back down on, this time with his face conveniently over yours. “You’ll have to ask the boss.”

Then he leaned down, letting slow kisses linger on your lips until the two of you melded into each other. You had both hands in his hair now, holding it back while he supported some of his weight on one arm and let his other hand roam from your waist and up.

“The boss says yuck,” Draken spoke up from the door, which startled you so much you instinctively pushed Inui off you, as if it was your boss.

“That’s entirely inappropriate, babe!” you scolded Inui jokingly, making faces of disbelief at Draken, who just rolled his eyes.

Inui scoffed and pushed your shoulder before getting up, then helped you up off the floor. While his face was as calm as it usually was, you giggled under your breath at how his ears burned red.
