Taking it back to 1982 with the IT175J #YamahaOfYesterday The IT175J featuring a high-revving, high-torque, 171cc, two-stroke, single-cylinder engine equipped with a Yamaha Energy Induction System (YEIS) that helped deliver improved low- and mid-range performance. For 1982, the IT175 had an all-new, fully adjustable Monocross rear suspension and new, larger-diameter front forks for increased ruggedness. The seat and fuel tank were completely redesigned for added comfort, and the frame was revised to include a stronger, pipe-type engine guard that withstood even the most spirited woods riding.
