I was so close to being asleep, then I received an email from the director and an archaeological excavation team in England. He wants me to apply for a 6 week Summer Field School that runs next June-July!!! Even though it's not 100% that I've gotten into the program, he wants me to apply and continue correspondence with him!! He also attended the University of York, where I plan to receive my MA and PhD in Medieval Archaeology within the next 5 years. Y'all don't even understand how excited I am for this, it's my dream. A dream that nobody really believed in until recently, and now it's falling into place and I can't believe it! Just send prayers and positive vibes my way for the next few months! The application and more info is going to be given to me within the next month, so I should hopefully know something by Christmas or New Years. Wow, I just can't even believe it!
