i saw this entremet inspired by kingdom hearts and it is soo cute... omg. i should try making it one day...
#it sounds nice too...#a coconut sponge with a layer of passion and starfruit gelee... surrounded by a coconut mousse swirled with butterfly pea flower powder#and a nice starfruit croquant crumble for the crunch...#or rather#from the photo it looks as though the mousse is swirled with the butterfly pea flower. but! according to the recipe;#it is actually the mirror glaze that is swirled with the pea flower! yet the blue looks to affect the mousse as well... hm...#my husband is looking over my shoulder and guiding me how to hyperlink bc i have no idea what im doing#im grandma
