Reddie Die Hard AU where Richie is the wise-cracking cop who’s in town to try to reconcile with his seemingly uptight, suit-wearing, businessperson ex (Eddie).
I kinda want to say that Mike would be the “Al” character, not because they’re both the only black main characters in their respective properties, but because one of Al’s things is being very worn down by life and the weight of his job. Also the Richie + Mike friendship needs more love
I don’t think you could do a 1 to 1 Farscape AU for the IT characters, but I do like the idea of casting Richie as the wise-cracking human astronaut stuck in the wrong quadrant of space, and of casting Eddie as the soldier indoctrinated into a society that never let him truly be himself/gave him false ideas about what he wanted from life.
