I have seen so many brands that have come through this week showing supposed ‘solidarity’ yet where are the receipts? Where is the proof this is something they actually care about. They are profiting off of the backs of cultural appropriation yet when a black woman speaks up against racial injustice she is dropped from a campaign!
YASSS Queen! #whitesupremacy couldn't keep a sister down. #munroebergdorf #istandwithmunroe #fuckwhitesupremacy #dismantlesystemicracism #speakoutandstandproud #calloutracism #transactivist #diversitymatters #blackpeoplearentyourtokens

I stand with Munroe Bergdorf and I will continue to stand by her. Speaking pure truth and STICKING TO IT 👏👏👏 fight on, @munroebergdorf. The evil in this world will not prevail. 💖 #IStandWithMunroe
Day 169 : Last week, @munroebergdorf made history as the first transgender woman to apprear in an L'Oréal Paris U.K campaign. Within the very same week L'Oréal proved that the progressive changes they claimed to be making in the beauty industry were literally only skin deep, by removing Munroe, a well⠀ known activist for equality, from their campaign. The reason... a nuanced essay she wrote as a woman of colour in response to white supremacy in Charlotteville was attacked and de contextualised by the well know (& infamously racist!!) smear machine, the daily mail. The hypocrisy and shortsightedness here beggars belief. #istandwithmunroe and I'm walking away from racist, homophobic, transphobic corporations and will start with boycotting all @lorealmakeup products.
