The seductive and eternally lustful daughter of King Beset, the Dragon Royal most commonly found amongst nobles, especially ones she finds interesting and those who are royal. Once she has seduced those unlucky enough to come under her thrall, she often eats them or drives them insane, burning their legacies, murdering their spouses and children, destroying friendships and relationships all for the amusement of the Lady of Seduction. More recently, she has clashed with the Underborn goddess Lapais upon who really is the true deity/patron of lust. This has lead to several Draconian Cults in worship of Issar to clash with cults of Lapais. She is childish, selfish and malevolent and the favoured child of King Beset. This makes her arguably, the most dangerous.
