I wondered why today I was suddenly drawn to browsing online for pumpkin candles ... it’s Mabon! Not that we would know living here in the islands with 100 degree - humid - Sahara dust swathed days! Mabon is a time to be grateful for life’s successful harvests... and whilst it’s been a year of major ups and downs (mmm...the stuff I keep off social media..!😗) on this sacred day I give thanks for my new flying job, a rebirthed sail boat, final draft of my new book delivered, my incredible @purebalancefitness cycling community, ... and for all the amazing beautiful friends and individuals I have been blessed to meet and continue to know this past year. This time last year I was recovering from being slammed by two catastrophic hurricanes... this year I’m witness to extraordinary forces of courage, healing, resilience and community.
