I’m pretty sure I can now say Starset is one of my favorite bands. They gave such a good performance at the concert and I absolutely loved meeting the guys to get my album signed.

I got the news last night that I passed my sandan exam with the ISKF! I'm so thankful to the Arvada club and Sensei Mark Tarrant for providing such a consistently high level of training. I'm especially grateful to my Mountain States teammates for their encouragement leading up to the exam and all their support that day. Now, it's on to nationals 🥋👊

Sunday trainings with the crew and feeling ready for nationals next weekend 🥋👊🍧

We took first in team kata at the Mountain States regionals today, and I took third in individual kata and kumite to round out our dojo's sweep of women's black belt events! We've just started working on Kanku Sho for our new team kata, so there's definitely plenty to fix. It's really coming together well, though!

Had a great weekend at the ISKF Nationals in LA. I️ don’t feel like I️ could have done any better in any individual match, so even though I️ didn’t place I’m happy with how it went. I️ love this team 👊
