She hadn’t known Sieg for long, but it was safe to assume that she trusted him well enough. Since their chance encounter in the park, fate just found the interaction between them curious, she supposed. Inviting him to her next u’s concert, bumping into each other more, eventually exchanging numbers and becoming decently close friends. At least close enough to where they studied together, though since he was older it was more of interested comparisons between what they were being taught at their respective schools. Sometimes her studying would fluctuate though: School work, outfit brainstorms, school idol practice. She hoped that it didn’t bother Sieg too much that she did so much...
Or maybe it all bored him like his usual studying did. Kotori had been singing their latest song; admittedly a softer melody but it still had a heart pounding beat. But apparently that wasn’t enough, Kotori looking at him and stopping mid sentence when she saw him snoozing on the park bench. She sighed in disbelief, though she couldn’t help but smile at the sight, going over to move anything that could fall over and wake him. After moving the last item, she paused to look over his sleeping face, expression softening as she moved without thinking, placing a kiss on his forehead. Of course she was embarrassed once her brain caught up to what her body was doing, face turning a beet red as she sat down next to him. She had planned on either keeping watch of everything or taking a nap too, but now she was too awake and flustered to do either.

‘ oh - oh no the poor thing.’ looking to the kitten in his arms , she made a soft ‘aw’ of a noise as she leaned a bit more to look at the wounded creature fully. ‘ you have been doing well of taking care of it - i can say that.’ she told him as she looked up to her friend when he spoke of a veterinarian.
‘ we can go see mines.’ she then added with a smile along her lips. ‘ she is a sweet older woman and works well with animals.’ she leaned a finger down to rub the tip of her nail along the small chin on the tiny creature.

Soft brows furrow gently in mild frustration as the symbols on the page bleed together in endless lines -- not a single one stands out to her as familiar or recognizable. Perhaps if it were written in French.. but even then, she’d struggle, having never learned beyond a bare minimum. Still, she wants to know -- yearns to understand what the tomes hold, for the sake of their mission and the research they need to complete it -- -- she is jarred from her focus by a knocking at the door, and with quickly suppressed chagrin, she shuts the book swiftly and hides it beneath the pillow against which she leans, her frame perched upon the windowsill overlooking the garden and casting a slim shadow o’er the floor. Her silhouette is rimmed in gold as the sunlight swallows her in a heavenly glow, azure eyes drifting toward the door. ❝ .. Come in. ❞

Not like I’m qualified to say anything but, while I don’t think theres really any sort of predetermined ‘destiny,’ I do think . . That things happen for a reason.” With an assuring nod, mostly for herself, Ritsuka puts on a happy grin.

{ ✂ } - the soft pair of honey hue’s flickered right up towards the face of the other - as she was working his jacket off of his body to give out towards her. ‘ - i, it’s okay!’ quick to decline the offer. ‘ it’s a bit cold tonight - but, i think i’ll be okay!’ she perked her lips right up to a soft smile over towards her friend and brought back her hand towards her side. ‘ plus i don’t think i’ll be able to take good care of your jacket till the next time i see you ! i - , mean.’ she was stumbling with her words at this point. just verbal garbage poured past her lips till she hushed right up and sighed out for a moment. ‘ - i’ll.. borrow it.’
