The Babylonian striding lion, dating back to the era of king Nebuchadnezzar II of Babylon (605-562 BCE). These famous bas-relief lions, housed in many museums around the world, were made from polychrome glazed bricks, and used to decorate the walls of the Processional Street and the royal palaces of Babylon. Sending my smaller Risograph Mušḫuššu dragon to a penpal in Taiwan. I do not throw away minor misprints but repurpose them as mail art. Slightly bigger version is available as an art print.
Cackled every time I printed a new Little Chap!
Needed a pick me up!
House now over flowing with Little Chaps!
(Behold!)
