A Simple Summer Party (#1)
Cynthia was quite pleased to discover that Steven did in fact have a pool in his Kalos villa. She had suspected as much, rich folk from other regions always tended to have pools regardless of how much they actually used them.
Cynthia wasn’t exactly poor herself these days, but admiring the grand Kalosian-style foyer she wasn’t quite able to suppress the glee brought on by her quaint country roots.
It was empty, save a grounds keeper who had believed her hand written letter (or her wink) that said she was allowed in. Although unoccupied there was not a spec of dust to be found! It was a picture perfect location, bright and open plan, overlooking the valley famous for growing Pecha Berry wine.
The place was built for parties, no sense wasting it! Cynthia surmised with her hands on her hips. It hadn’t taken much decorating. Who knew you could brighten up a place with a few fairy lights and some colourful glasses?
As the hour approached that Riley would arrive (on time) and then the following hour when everyone else would arrive (fashionably late, like normal people) Cynthia was filled with confidence that tonight was going to be a night to remember.
Or maybe that feeling was all the cocktails she’d sampled? Who could say?
//We’re go!! I’m going to be looking at some party prompts but if you want it makes my life easier if you could drop me and ask!! Thanks!
