A G H O S T of a smile widens pale lips and a hint of amusement lights eyes dark with a cold disdain for the world. A journey spent grumbling about { yet another } absence from her home and husband set her shoulders at a slight slope downward and the regal tilt of her chin held a touch of exhaustion with its minute decline, not likely seen by anyone who did not know her.
“Why, by each other,”
says she, brow ARCHING as she regards the other before her.
“I have heard much about you, girl. I hope you do not mind my presence.”
If anything else, the Queen herself would fancy a visit to the surface world as the spring transitions into summer. Not doubt did her Majesty usher in a bountiful spring full of flora and awakening fauna from their wintertide slumber. Understandibly the goddess would fancy herself a day out in the sun, venturing out of dark caverns and lost souls for a change.
The rather cryptic response was reciprocated with a slight, perplexed tilt of her head. In what way could she have drawn such attention as of late, a sedentary zeusling should be of no interest to any lest she be in the throes of battle. Today Roxanne was simply enjoying a day off from her regular duties. She inclines her head, humbled that Persephone would grant her a visit.
❝Your presence is always welcome after winter, and I hope what you hear of me is good.❞
