In his opinion Reno could be glad they had skirts, because some of the other girls sure as hell didn’t.

I mean, how would they be hiding their weapons then?

Beneath his flamboyant dress Vincent fumbled for the Cerberus and felt relief as he found the cool metal still secured to his thigh. Having his gun at the ready always calmed him. It was just plainly poor luck they were some of the only Turks who could be confused as women if dressed right. Vincent didn’t quite believe anyone would buy it if they just looked them right in the eyes, but that was a humiliation he’d like to not taste, so he kept his head down.

Xigbar is no stranger to the streets of Midgar. Though he doesn’t often come to this world, without needing medical supplies, or a cheap place to get alcohol.

The world itself, however, had a lot of amazing scenery. He’s quite partial to the forest made of crystal trees, and its normally where he tends to drift to when in this realm. Today, however, he’s been distracted by something.

Red hair in the crowd. But not just any shade of red. Very few people had that exact shade of deep crimson hair. And so, Xigbar began tracking someone who he believed to be Axel, who had their hair tied back into a ponytail, likely an attempt to blend in with the crowd on an undercover mission.

It takes some time before he can actually get close, but when he does, gloved hands grip the other man by the upper forearms, and drag him to the side, then down an alley, so that they were out of sight of the main populace.

“What record is that? Shortest time between getting caught in my own demolitions projects?” he quipped as he leaned back a bit further. “Yeah, I think two times in two weeks probably is about a record for me.”  A cough, deep and wet, came out of him as more of the coppery taste came up with the sound.

“I’ll be ok, Ciss, ya know me too well to think I’m gonna die in one of my own bombs.”

“That record, yes.” There may be a glint of concern in her gaze, but not a whole lot more than that. It didn’t seem like a collapsed lung, since he didn’t struggle to speak. Bit tongue or cheek, perhaps?
