Week 5 Day 1: Chest/Triceps - Liift 50/50 I'm on the 2nd half of #LIIFT4 the "batwings" are getting a little smaller the "guns" πͺa little bigger. Every workout I can tell I'm getting stronger whether I look like it or not. Those are the #goals that really matter in my book right now. Still feeling weak and don't want to do much. But #ipushedplay anyway.
