Don't know if it's on Android, but I use My Pain Diary on the iPhone - it can produce pdf reports which is pretty useful and you can customize what you're tracking. (Plus it tracks the weather to see if that makes a diff.)
Interesting on the weather tracking in that one. I'll look it up and see if there's a version for my phone.
