Hello everyone… its been a while since I have posted but I promise I’m going to get better!! Part of the reason I was waiting so long is because I was waiting to go back for my ortho appointment. Truth be told, not much has changed, nor is anything new or different with my trays so I don’t feel the need to constantly repeat myself (new tray!, no pain, etc).
However…
I am no on Tray #7. At my last appointment, they went ahead and gave me 4 more trays, until my next appointment which is March 16. (which is probably when I will do my next update) While I was there they shaved my bottom front teeth. Weird I know. But it was only in between three teeth (the movie shows “.2” that is where they filed/shaved). It was very uncomfortable, did not hurt or anything just the sound was like nails on a chalkboard. AWFUL. Now that I am on Tray 7, my bottom teeth have been a little bit more sensitive, its not painful more like my bottom teeth are sore. Im hoping that when I switch my tray next week the pain will be gone. But otherwise I just remind myself that "maybe the pain is my teeth moving, which is good." Other than that my orthodontist said I was doing great at wearing them which was surprising because I feel like since the holidays were happening I was wearing them less and less. But hey I guess my teeth are just doing what they are suppose to do. I also, while I was there requested to see my video again so that I can record it and uploaded for the world to see. LOL. or just the few followers that I have. It isn’t the best quality but you get the point.
