Over the last number of years, Jona has run with a few crews but none like this one. There was something about them that made them more chilling than others she’s known. Still, once she ended up with them, she stayed.

All day as they waited for the digger to arrive, the feeling that something was off weighed heavily on her. There were a million reasons for a feeling like this. Something could go wrong, especially here in the green.

Then, as night fell, the digger finally arrived. A tired one armed man in a suit much to large for his frame, with a younger girl. Whoever she was to him, the man and girl didn’t seem like a threat at all. Infact, it was Inumon, in her usual intensity, bringing an element of terror to the situation.

When the man and the girl arrived, Jona felt instant concern for them, she feared for their lives. Though Jona was capable of ruthlessness herself, one couldn't be a merc otherwise, these strangers touched something deep inside of her; something compassionate, tender, sympathetic. They touched parts of her she thought died long ago.

As Inumon continues to harass them, Jona finds herself conflicted. Does she step in? Betray her group? Or does she help the strangers?
