SHE GAVE him an uncertain look. A slender brow arched, bottom lip pulled between teeth. No, she didn’t believe him. He was not okay. That much was clear to her. Omega knew it must have been hard to find sleep around here. Perhaps, she didn’t know to the full extent, but she figured it was because he was the leader. A leader always had the heaviest shoulders. With this, she wished she could take some of that weight off for him.
A CHILD some would call her, and they wouldn’t be wrong, but she was far more matured… in certain ways.
OMEGA MOVED closer to him. Her hands upon the chair he was sitting in, uncertainty turned into a small pout. Head dipped to the side, and soon enough browns rolled, “ You can be such a bad liar, Hunter. Sometimes, ” she shrugged her small shoulders, “ You’re tired. I know bad dreams can be scary. I had them a few times. ”
THEN SHE had an idea. Omega wasn’t so sure what he would think of it, but it was something that could possibly get him to relax, “ I have an idea! ” youthful spirit struck again, jumping up once with excitement. A hand grabbed his carefully, “ Come in my room. The lights are nice, and you can see the stars perfectly there. ”
