How about Astrid, Wulf and Caleb (any combination) and a song for a prompt: “The Stranger” by Ingrid Andress. I ran into this song on youtube like a cat into a sliding glass door.

Caleb flicks his eyes to Astrid and she continues, her head tilted at that precise slight angle: almost enough to fade burn scars to shadow, not nearly enough to forget.

Astrid extends a silk-sleeved arm, palm up. Wulf matches. But they do not reach, hold, grab, trap. Not with lax hands, inner wrists bared vulnerable.
