Okay, hear me out. INTJs are not people pleasers BUT we do like making things easy for others. We hate struggling. INTJs hate things that create friction... things that make life difficult. That's why we optimize. It's also like consideration? Because I don't want my life to be difficult so I don't want to make anyone else's life difficult. Naturally, we aren't people pleasers. We don't give two fucks about people's opinions or thoughts about us. We don't care if you want to do xyz at abc. But that also does not mean that we'll make things less easy for ourselves and the people around us. Example: I have siblings, m'kay, and I often go home to visit my grandma. I was raised by her.
