The @lacma exhibit #InTheFieldsOfEmptyDays on #IranianArt was inspiring. And wealthy in its symbolic (and I guess symbiotic) relationship between Iran’s past and present. They are never separate as my friend @parnia517 explained. This factor isn’t exclusive to Iran. , Its history has been upturned by Western influences (and meddling) and its own inner power struggles.
