@ the anon who let us know our art got reposted, thank you! We're not going to give that group any more publicity so won't speak more on it but wanted to let you know that the ask was received and appreciated!
We'll still be posting here for now regardless of the Tumblr update, but if anyone is moving platforms and wants to follow us elsewhere, we'll also be on Bluesky! As well as DeviantArt, but less people use that nowadays.
hi... sorry if this isn't the kind of question y'all want, but do y'all have an alter/alters that just... don't feel certain physical things? i think i might have an alter that doesn't feel hunger when they front if that's at all possible but idk if it is or if it's something else
Yep! Actually we have people in here who just don't really feel hunger at all either. We know other systems with headmates who don't feel pain as intensely as the rest. We have guys in here with worse hearing or who need our mobility aids more often to walk, or people who struggle to speak or can't at all.
Differences in how headmates percieve the world, experience it, and how they function in the body are actually fairly common and prettymuch a known thing, even medically. Not overly weird and definitely not impossible.
As a note though, if you're experiencing something or if your headmate is experiencing something, you're having it happen to you. And therefore it's possible, by default. If it happens, it's possible. Even if you don't find people who share your experiences, your experiences are your own and they're still things that have happened, even if they end up being unique to you.
any tips on drawing pokemon? shapes obvs but trying to find a good ref of vikavolt is. so hard TuT
Honestly when we're struggling, we try to reference an official image of the pokemon and draw it in the same pose and style to get a feel for the shapes. That, or when we were younger, we would trace an official image as a practice sketch, then make our own different original drawing after we've gotten a bit more familiar with the anatomy. Tracing to learn anatomy isn't bad if you're not claiming that work as your own, it can be a nice little tool to get a feel for the shapes you need to draw before you start making your own work!

Hi!
I was wondering what program you use for your bird art!
I think it is really cool :)
Hey, thank you so much!!
We use firealpaca for most of our art, including the birds! We just use the normal pencil brush with anti aliasing toggled off to get that pixel look.
Rarely we use ibispaint but that's nowhere near as often and we haven't used it for any of the decembirb pieces.
We are a simple art blog. Wake up, check notifications, block the daily 1-5 spambot comments, sleep, repeat.
everytime i see y'all's art i go "omg interstellar hiii ^_^" and just stare at it w big ol eyes (esp the colors i loveeee how yall do colors :3)
AUGHHHH THANK YOU!!!! This is so nice,,,, Have a happy Phoenix in her water bowl as a token of our appreciation.
