First day at intership

So, got into bed around one... maybe two, idek, woke up at three due to a really gory and horrible nightmare, then again when I needed to get up at six, not feeling very rested. I'd planned to get there at half past eight since the only thing in my schedule started at nine... but then I got uncertain after rereading the email that said "eight to five unless otherwise agreed" and didn't want to risk it... so then I had to speed through shower and everything else, and had no time to eat breakfast so I got nauseous on the bus. 8 I
Not very much, and after eating some fruit on the go (I was so distracted I accidentally threw away most of one with the peel too... :'3) that went away.
And then after getting there five minutes past eight and worried about that (the stairs I'd usually take are under maintenance so had to take a long way up the hill and almost felt like I was about to get a mild asthma attack), I ended up waiting half an hour for the person mainly responsible to even get there. :'D APPARENTLY I have an hour flex both at the start and end of work day unless something important is happening...
Other than that, didn't have much to do, other than some organizational details (key cards and name plates and stuff), getting some assignments and getting shown around a bit. I have an office! It's cozy and even has a sofa and a coffee table (and art) and is therefore nicer than any apartment that I've yet lived in on my own. Weird. Looked up the assignments and schedule from uni so I'd be able to keep it in mind while working during a gap when I was left on my own.
After a bit more intro stuff, I was mildly encouraged to get familiar with the work place on my own, so I went to the few houses open (right now it's the quiet week between autumn leave and Christmas season) and talked to people working there unless they glared at me really scarily (1/5). Had some nice talks. After that I only had a couple more hours left so I read over most of a thing I'm meant to summarize by next thursday (staff commentary on a thing recently).
Also, um, I was so hungry at this point (didn't have time to pack enough lunch) I kind of drank Chai tea that was best before April 2013... let's hope I won't regret that. It tasted ok though??? =3=;;;
And that was pretty much it. Oh, except I'll get a historical costume to wear at some point soon-ish. yussss ¤2¤
