hiii tysm!! literally forgot i have hand tremors as well lol, directed movements are just difficult for me all around. iβve been really struggling to find like, practical advice / crip hacks rather than just βtalk to your doctorβ like lmao they donβt know wtf to do.
i am still sort of trying to get a feel for where my memory loss & cognitive issues are at (iβve got whatβs classified as βsubjective cognitive impairmentβ bc i still pass the mild cognitive impairment assessment but can tell things are Worse from my own baseline) & dealing with the internalized ableism of like. am i faking this, am i exaggerating, is it due to how much fucking weed i do lol, blah blah blah.
