So, back in the early 90s, some loser in his basement wanted to create a virus to get people's data for shiggles. He creates an alien looking cat named 3BØNY. 3BØNY was meant to be posed as some kind of desktop buddy (like Bonzi Buddy) but was actually a backdoor for this person to dig through someone's computer. However, this guy ended up dying from a heart attacked because of his unhealthy lifestyle.

Except, he's not really dead. Instead, he wakes up as 3BØNY. 3BØNY never reached the public at this point, and now it's sentient. 3BØNY decides to do what he was created to do: be a virus. Since this is early internet, it was really easy for 3BØNY to get into computers and steal people's data. This is how he survives, by "eating" other people's data. The more data he eats, the more his presence get solidified in the internet. As technology developed, he found himself struggling to get into more computers and phones. So the he went onto the next thing, which is targeting old people and children's devices. Since 3BØNY is meant to be cute, its easy for him to hack children's ipads.

During all this time though, the coder that made 3BØNY (who embraced his new form) slowly started to go insane. 3BØNY still remembers who he really is exactly, and has his human formed stored within his own data. 3BØNY embraced his true nature.

One day, 3BØNY finds a strange computer plugged in the back of a computer store. 3BØNY can travel through digital signals or electric currents, depending on which on is available. So, this does make it hard to trap him.

He enters the computer only to find out this isn't a normal computer. This is a computer with sentience. Enter N0VA. 3BØNY tries to hack N0VA and steal his data, but she is far smarter than him and this pisses him off. N0VA traps him within her own pocketspace using an anti-virus. She tells 3BØNY that there is no point in him trying to hack her. He will never succeed because she is "the pinnacle of intelligence."

N0VA eventually lets him go and leaves. 3BØNY tracks her down and basically became obsessed with her. N0VA, being the insane person she is, basically says "hey, you wanna date?" and 3BØNY, accepting his defeat, says "sure."

The one thing that 3BØNY desires is a body to interact with the real world. He's not really a ghost, so he can't possess objects. N0VA offers to build him a body (which I have yet to design). Once he gets his body, 3BØNY bounces between the two, depending on his mood and what he wants to do.
