Mountainside, Colorado bills itself as the friendliest little big town in the state and there is certainly some truth to that. From sprawling trails for hiking to inner city comforts, Mountainside and its surroundings offer it all. Anything you could want, Mountainside has it. People jog down the lush green paths of Green Tree Lane with their dogs; the DumBass Eatery offers the best lakefood that you can want. The Winter Wellness Gym allows you to be one with nature while working on your yoga postures and the High Creek Equestrian Park offers riding lessons for those of all ages.

Chasing Mountains is a brand new sandbox-style RP server hosted on Discord, run by Ranjit and Finn. It is open to human characters as well as animal characters. Animals are limited, at the moment, to dogs and cats (both as pets and ferals) but we intend on offering more animal options as we grow larger! CM is player-driven, so you decide the plots and the action!

We currently offer over 40 locations for writing and have multiple canon characters (both human and animal!) open to be played so you can easily hop in. Original characters are also welcome, so bring all of your favorites!

CM will be looking for staff members in the near future and we are excited to onboard our first players. Finn and I are experienced in running servers and RPGs and we are eager to collaborate with fellow writers. A lot of hard work has been put into CM and we’re excited to finally share it with you all.

As previously mentioned, CM is 21+ and will have mature themes. We have provided opportunities for trigger and content warnings to be used. Our rules are clear and concise, easy to follow and to understand. Further, we are happy to offer help and to answer questions as well.
