Performance Review: Intergalactic Nemesis
A few weeks at the AT&T Performance Hall. I saw one of the most amazing things I have ever seen at the theatre. The performance was called ‘The Intergalactic Nemesis: A Live Action Graphic Novel’. It was a live 1930’s radio show with an animated graphic novel playing behind the voice actors and actresses. They also had a classic sound effects woman and pianist who improvised the score of the play.

So tonight I attended a live action graphic novel showing of Intergalactic Nemesis and ohhh my god. It was spectacular! So much stuff was going on at once! The voice actors did so amazing bringing the characters to life. The foley artist was so cool! She was so very pretty too. And the pianist. Maaaaan the pianist was so animated. He played the music sheetless and on the spot based on how the audience responded to the scenes. It was so cool to watch. I've never seen anything like it. Everyone was just so phenomenal. When the third graphic novel comes out, I'm going to buy them all. Seriously guys. If you ever want to have a good laugh, you can watch the live action videos for free on their website (or buy the graphic novels, but seeing it performed live is definitely different!). It was so fun. I think this was the best Friday night I've had in a while.
