" THERE were times when Sima truly questioned if her kindness was noticed. Most of the time, someone always wanted something from her, whether it was a patient wanting care or family wanting her time and help in some way. But she did a lot of things out of kindness and goodness. She lived her life wanting to be good, wanting to not be cruel or cold like her mother. Kindness and goodness were met with an abundance of love in the long term. She and Phen held a magic far greater than any magic conceived of bitterness and hatred.

Her sister's magic was beyond anything Sima had ever seen, considering all she'd been through. Despite everything, Phenex had remained kind and sweet; bitterness was not something in the firebird's soul. Aedus had helped to amplify and build that magic more and more. He'd shown her sister what love was like and for that, Sima was eternally grateful. Phen deserved to let her magic flourish, let her kindness be experienced and her goodness be seen.

TODAY HAD BEEN BEYOND DREADFUL. FIRST A CAKE HAD BURNED, then she'd fallen down the stairs and had broken her favourite mug in doing so and now she'd set off one of her triggers in trying to run herself a bath. If anything, she'd just wanted to relax after the first two things but now, she was on the bathroom floor curled up in a ball with tears falling down her cheeks.

She just wanted to be normal. Why was it so hard for her to be that? Normal. Her arms tightened around her knees as tears flooded and her features contorted. Her chest hurt from the panic that surged through her being. Her Aquaphobia ruled over her life more than her regression did and she just longed for it to go away, to not make her so much of a burden anymore.

She must have screamed out at some point within her panic, though she was not entirely sure when that had been. Then again, she often became blinded to it all when her mind raced with the memories of being trapped in a tiny box with no escape and an ocean of water slowly filling the small area around her. It took her a moment to register that Aedus had come in and found her, evidently alerted by her scream or something at least. But his voice was ever-calming. He was her safety net and she quickly scuttled across the tiled floor and into his arms, curling herself up even tighter as her face buried into his chest and her fingers curled into his shirt with a tight grip.

She tried to be independent. She longed for the independence and not having to rely on others so much but after this third event of the day, she found herself pulling back internally. She didn't want to be an adult anymore ~ she didn't want to face all of the panic and upset. She sniffled and inhaled shakily in an attempt to calm herself down, luckily Aedus's scent helped. Familiar; associated with safeness. He was her caregiver now, and her fiancé. She knew that she could slip back and he'd still look after her and protect her. " I --- I just wanted a baths... "

Emerald eyes slowly flicked upward and peered at him, her face a picture of child-like sadness as her bottom lip quivered. The faucet still ran in the background with a small mountain of bubbles slowly beginning to rise above the rim of the bath, but she did not care about that right now. She was trying her best to get over everything wrong that had happened throughout the day, get over the panic attack that running the bath had brought on. " C --- Can you join me...? Please? "

HE'D NOTICED THAT? Well, she supposed that there was no point trying to keep herself hidden now then. It was something that she had never been good at when it came to those closest to her. She could mask certain emotions and states, but this was perhaps a little different than her usual need to hide how little she'd slept, or how much she needed to busy her mind.

Perhaps the fact that she was donning one of Wraith's shirts was the first clue and that she wasn't at work was the second. The biggest was perhaps the platinum band that lay up on the table before her as she ate her brunch. " Did Phen send you to check up on me or get the scoop? She's good at figuring me out... but then she is my baby sister. " A fond hint of laughter slipped from her lips as she spoke. She knew that Phen cared deeply about everyone, especially her, Aedus, and Anya. " How would you go about asking your very reserved and quiet boyfriend to be more than your boyfriend? --- How would you tell them that you wanted to spend the rest of your life with them? "

They'd been together for quite some time now, and Sima had not felt as she did fo Wraith, for well over an aeon. But Wraith was also different. He was so much more than the loves she'd had and experienced in the past. With him, there was something far deeper that she could not explain. " Aedus... I love him, beyond anything... I could not imagine a life without Wraith in it. "

HER STARING WAS blank, her body lay across the couch unmoving while Aedus moved around the room. She'd not felt overly great, perhaps exhaustion was catching up to her, but she was determined not to completely give in to it, no matter how crap it made her feel. The mention of soup managed to pull her from the blank staring, giving a blink before she looked over at him and her hand lifted and rubbed at her face with a faint nod.

She knew Aedus would not back down if she tried to decline it. He was as tenacious as Phen was in that regard. The only thing she would pass comment on was the flavour. She could be picky when it came to the flavours. " Could it be chicken noodle? "

GIGGLES LEFT HER IN A FLURRY AS HER CHEEKS ROSE WITH THE grin that had come about her lips. The kisses being given had been rather spontaneous, even though it was not beyond Aedus to shower her with such affection and she was certainly not going to stop him from giving them either. In fact, she scrunched up her features and leaned into his lips, letting him continue with the small act of adoration.

" Birdieeee! It tickles! " Her giggles continued as she let out a small squeal, trying to curl herself up in an attempt to stop him with the attack of kisses. She was still leaning into them but wanted to play a little, even with her love of receiving his adorations. It was always fun to get this side of Aedus, especially after a stressful day. Besides, how could anyone resist his charming looks?

A SHAKE OF her head was given as she directed her gaze over to the phoenix. She did not want for or need anything ~ well, not that she would send Aedus off to get, anyway. Never one to ask for help, Sima was the helper, the fixer, the one who helped everyone else, even though she probably needed the help the most at times.

Right now, however, she was just glad to have him as a friend and to have his company. She was also glad that Phen had him to look after her, Sima was incredibly protective of her baby sister, and with good reason, so to know that she was deeply cared for by someone like Aedus lifted a small weight off Sima's chest.

Sima would still come by when Phen regressed; it was a force of habit above anything, but Sima had been the one who had gone through such moments the most with her sister over the millennia, so it was perhaps understandable why she continued to be present during the moments.

Luckily, the firebird was sound asleep in her nest for the time being, leaving both Sima and Aedus to relax for a bit ( or at least partly relax, anyway ) and just have the time to chat with one another. Come to think of it, maybe there was something. Sima would not say no to a warm drink. " Are you heading to make a drink at all? --- I would not be opposed to a coffee... I'll remain here and watch over her if you like, whilst you do? "

HIS MINISTATIONS HAD BEEN DRIVING HER WILD, INVIGORATING HER arousal and causing all manner of delightful sounds to escape her lips. Her arms and legs might well be tied down to the corners of the bed, exposing her to him, but that did not mean that she could not still react to his stimulation somehow. Her body squirmed under his touches, skin layered with goosebumps and a soft glow emitting from her form thanks to her inner flame being ignited more.

SHE KNEW HOW TO PLEASE IN ORDER TO BE PLEASED. On her knees, waiting for him, her palms were settled upon her thighs and her eyes were lowered, but the sound of the opening door had a small grin pull onto her lips. How could it be resisted? To see someone before you, so willingly submissive and waiting for you to do to them whatever you wished? Phen was very much every essence of that. She held desires that were far beyond some beings' comprehension but Aedus knew exactly what she wanted, and what he wanted in turn, and he knew just what to do to get there.

As he came closer, Phenex lifted her chin. Doe-like emerald eyes looked up at her Sir's face only momentarily before her lips willingly parted and she opened her mouth for him, putting out her tongue. She was always obedient, and rarely ever a brat ~ That's not to say that she did not have her moments, but this was not one of them.

The moment she felt his fingers settle against her tongue, she closed her mouth around them and willingly began to suck. Her Oral Fixation was perhaps, her biggest downfall after the need to be filled completely. Having something to suck on sent her into that fuzzy state of compliance quicker than most things and it far from took her long before her eyes rolled closed and she shifted on her knees. A soft whimper escaped her as she continued to suck on them, knowing that she was growing wet between her thighs with each passing moment. It was something that she loved, though, the feeling of falling to his commands, to becoming lost of any thoughts other than how sucking on his fingers was making her feel. As she reopened her eyes to cast a glance up at him, that glaze over them was already evident, but she continued to eagerly suck away, the neediness for him growing more and more.
