Feelings as of 10pm:
Honestly, I'm still hungry. I'm about to get my period and I can see how that + lack of protein has left me really hungry. It would be interesting to see how my macros go naturally along different parts of my cycle.
I really love the Banana Bread recipe I whipped up but want to replace all the olive oil in it, and I wouldn't add the carob tigernut swirl again as it was unnecessary - OR id do it differently. The olive oil adds a little over 1200 calories to the loaf which seems unnecessary. Could literally have the same nutrition in 2 and a half slices instead of 1.
I might try just adding another banana and some more water? Or cut the olive oil in half. Some people use applesauce but apples almost never sit right with me.
I need to start keeping track of hydration since Zoloft through me off of my electrolyte game. I'm still on 1/2 deciding if I want to go off completely. Met with PCP today about switching back onto Wellbutrin after all this years - after my nose surgery, although I could technically start now but id rather wait. It slightly raises my Liver levels but makes everything else immaculate from mood, to focus, to libidio so I want to try it again (Even as Ace spectrum I was shocked how much Zoloft made desire nonexistent lmao)
I'm gonna keep focusing on being kind to myself and moving my body. Todays the first day I've been a bit like oh no the calories! But that doesn't matter right now. What matters is continuing elimination for AIP, dealing with water retention, and finding meds that work for me IF I'm going to be on them at all.
