I'm so sorry, but today this guy ALMOST got mad at me over the phone since the office I work at takes certain plans of MEDI-CAL, and even then, the benefits are limited....
He got sorta political with me and said "How can the government allow you people to do that to the low-income?!" And he said it sooo strongly and kept going how the government shouldn't let that happen and all this SHET I have no control over.
But all I can do is just tell him the limit of MEDI-CAL in the office, note I wasso professionaland polite at first, and finally, I sorta broke out of work character....I tiredly told him "I just work here sir. I'm letting you know the office policy here in THIS office regarding MEDI-CAL so there's no surprises. Most offices will accept it in full."
A moment of silence as this man realizes, I PERSONALLY do not make the rules of the office i work at, insurances and the government....at the end he understood and told me "Have a good afternoon sweetheart" in the most solemn tone ever.
