GAJAR HALWA CAKE It's all about yesterday when I baked a cake to celebrate Easter. Baking this time took a twist. I was going to bake a carrot cake but suddenly thought of trying something new. A cake of India version. Generally, #gajarkahalwa is a dessert prepared using carrot, sugar, milk, clarified butter and dry fruits. This combination turns out to be mouth watering dessert. But frankly speaking I was not sure about it's taste when mixed with cake and without taking the risk I would have never known that this is a delicious combo. So, after preparing carrot cake, splat it and spreaded #homemade #creamcheese followed by the #gajarhalwa . Covered the upper part, cut and savoured. 😋 So, this was my quarantine celebration. How are you celebrating festivals? Don't be upset because of the locked down coz you won't get this time again. Because of the busy life celebrations has never been so good. We all are under one roof now so enjoy these days as much as you can. . . . . #instapick #celebrationcake #quarantineparty #carrotcake #eastereggs #goodfriday2020 #festiveseason🎉 #lockeddown2020 #stayhomestaysafe #easterdecor (at Delhi) https://www.instagram.com/p/B-1A7AsgFGA/?igshid=defle6qdeopr
