This @instantpotofficial toaster/air fryer oven also dehydrates. I love beef jerky however the commercial packaged jerky has to much junk and I've never found one that I liked. The old school Mexican way of making jerky is just allow it to dry in the sun - no preservatives. I did source this jerky at a local supermercado however it sells for $26.00/lb I found a package of thinly sliced beef made for milanesa. I seasoned the beef with adobo on both sides. I placed the strips of beef on the rack and set the oven for dehydrate mode for 90 mins at 170 degrees.
