Ingredients: 1 cup rice flour. 1/4 cup urad dal flour. 1/4 cup potato starch. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 1 1/2 cups water. 2 tablespoons oil.
Instructions: Salt, cumin seeds, potato starch, rice flour, and baking soda should all be mixed together in a bowl. Add water little by little and mix until you get a smooth batter. Take a 15-minute break. Setting a nonstick pan or dosa tava on medium heat is the first step. Use some oil to brush it on. To make a dosa, pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it out thinly in a circle. A little oil should be poured around the edges of the dosa. Cook it until it gets golden brown and crispy. Turn the dosa over and cook the other side for one minute. Do the same thing again with the rest of the batter. Put it on the table hot and dip it in coconut chutney or your favorite sauce.

Instant Rice Dosa is a quick and easy South Indian crepe made with rice flour, urad dal flour, and semolina. It's a perfect breakfast or snack option when you're short on time.
Ingredients: 1 cup rice flour. 1/4 cup urad dal split black gram flour. 1/4 cup semolina sooji. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, crushed. A pinch of asafoetida hing. Salt to taste. 2 cups water. Oil for greasing and cooking.
Instructions: Put rice flour, urad dal flour, semolina, cumin seeds, salt, crushed black pepper, and asafoetida in a bowl and mix them together. Add water slowly while stirring to make a smooth batter. It should have a thin texture, like crepe or dosa batter. Set a dosa pan or nonstick skillet on medium heat. Use a little oil to grease it. Put a small amount of the ready batter on the pan and spread it out in a circle to make a thin dosa. Add a few drops of oil to the edges of the dosa. It's done when the bottom turns golden brown and the edges begin to lift. Turn the dosa over and cook the other side until it's golden brown and crisp. Take the instant rice dosa out of the pan and do it again with the rest of the batter. Put it on the table hot with your favorite sambar or chutney.
